Use of the service

AI assistance

The AI assistant supports qualified service personnel only. All repairs and maintenance actions should follow the manufacturer’s official guidelines, documentation, and safety procedures.

Protected Health Information (PHI)

No Protected Health Information (PHI) or patient-identifiable information may be uploaded, stored, or entered into Biosystant. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that no patient information is included in journals, templates, images, or uploaded documents.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
